Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Soulprise, each dessert is handcrafted and made to order using fresh ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.
  • Refund requests, modifications, or cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled up to 2 business days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
  • Approved cancellations may be eligible for store credit or a partial refund depending on the order status.
  • Custom orders and large events may require a non-refundable deposit.

Order Changes

Any changes to an order, including flavors, colors, designs, or pickup dates, must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.

Pickup Policy

  • Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed time.
  • Soulprise is not responsible for any damage once the order has been picked up and accepted by the customer.
  • Late pickups may affect the quality and presentation of desserts.

Delivery Policy

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order. Soulprise is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or other unforeseen circumstances

Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery location.

Custom Orders

Custom desserts are made specifically for each client. Colors, decorations, and final details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Weather Conditions

Some desserts are sensitive to heat and weather conditions. Soulprise is not responsible for any damage occurring after pickup or delivery due to improper storage or heat exposure. We recommend keeping desserts refrigerated when necessary.

Allergy & Product Information

Dairy & Soy

Many of our products contain milk, butter, cream, cream cheese, chocolate, and other ingredients that may include dairy and soy. Our utensils and equipment may also come into contact with these ingredients during preparation.

Gluten

Some of our desserts, toppings, cookies, brownies, cakes, and decorations contain gluten (wheat). In addition, certain ingredients may be processed in facilities that also handle wheat or other grains. For this reason, our products are not certified gluten-free.

Eggs

Many of our desserts and baked goods contain eggs or may be prepared in areas where egg products are used.

Cross-Contamination Warning

Because all of our products are prepared in the same kitchen and using shared equipment, cross-contamination between ingredients and allergens may occur. Soulprise cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens.

Floral Arrangements

  • Avoid high temperatures and humid areas.
  • Do not water or refrigerate unless specifically instructed.

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

  • Refrigerate immediately if not being consumed right away.
  • Store in an airtight container to prevent moisture.
  • Best enjoyed within 24 hours for optimal taste and texture.
  • Do not leave at room temperature for more than 1 hour.
